We ask that you provide a cage for the bunny so that we can house it till we can rehome it. We offer this so that no animal is left behind. Please be aware that once you adopt a rabbit you have made the commitment to house it. If by any chance you develop allergies or some one in your household does we will not refund your money. We offer family and friends to come met and hold bunnies before any rabbit goes home or any deposit is made. If you can no longer house the rabbit due to a move or change in lease and/or rental agreements we are not responsible for the animal and no refund will be given. It is your responsibility to follow our directions and encourage your rabbit to use the litter box. During the first 2 weeks of you bringing your rabbit home it is not unusual for accidents to happen. The rabbit will let you know where it prefers the litter box to be located. Patience is needed, rabbits are highly intelligent and if given the time and action can do tricks, come to you and follow you around! With have a greater success rate we highly recommend a routine and consistency throughout the first 2 weeks.
Price: We cannot guarantee price. Breeding Holland Lops are not the easiest breed to get to produce and have live kits. During summer time it is hard to get does to take as well as for kits to thrive and withstand the heat! Ideally spring and fall are more likely to have successful litters. Therefore, to keep our rabbitry fully operating prices will change from time to time. Each animal is sold as is(with a guarantee) and is priced individually based on type, gender, color and parents. While we breed for type in each planned breeding, we also focus on our colored lines. Offsprings color and type that we desire to add to our breeding project when offered may be more. These rabbits are priced to our liking and are something we would not mind adding to our project to further us in reaching our goals. Certain colors are rarer and harder to produce than others. Be prepared to find these rabbits to cost more.
For example a ARBA registered animal's offspring will be more expensive than a non-registered offspring. Colors that we have only produced once or twice in our barn in a year will be more expensive and we are more than likely going to hold on to them for at least 3 months to watch develop.
We assume that you have read our policy and have agreed with all our terms if you make a payment to One Stop Lop Rabbitry.
